This project focused on developing a comprehensive and modular Email Design System in Figma, aimed at empowering designers to create consistent, on-brand email templates quickly and efficiently. By providing a set of customizable components designed specifically for different types of information (e.g., promotional content, product updates, notifications, etc.), the system enabled designers to build emails in a fraction of the time, while maintaining full brand consistency across all communications.

The outcome of this project was a highly efficient and adaptable email design system that reduced the time needed to design and send branded emails. By using standardized, reusable components, designers could quickly assemble and iterate on email campaigns, all while maintaining a cohesive, polished brand appearance. This system empowered marketing teams to scale email marketing efforts with reduced risk of inconsistency, manual error, or design inefficiency.
