As the art director for this project, I spearheaded the development of initial campaign concepts that were subsequently translated into social media, website, and digital display designs. The overarching concept focused on getting out of dead-end jobs and starting a challenging but rewarding career as a loan officer at Rocket.

Central to our campaign was the idea that it takes a certain level of grit and determination to be a successful loan officer. We placed real Rocket loan officers as the hero in our imagery with expansive backgrounds behind them to symbolize the limitless potential of this role.

Through clean design and strategic messaging, this campaign successfully showcased Rocket loan officers as the start of their own careers.
